Menu features: Passed Hors D'oeuvre - cherry tomatoes with charred corn blini and avocado\; garden melon bruschetta with burrata and aged balsamic\; Fuji apple skewers baked with cheddar and bacon Chilean Sea Bass   preserved lemon and sorrel-hazelnut pesto Smoked Paprika Shrimp   kabocha pumpkin\, cranberry beans\, and crispy serrano ham Japanese A5 Wagyu NY Steak   charred Cipollini onions\, mushrooms\, Swiss chard bundles Fresh Fig and Frangipane Tart   caramel gelato Meat and seafood provided by The Seasoned Carte. Dominic Orsini\, CIA '95 is a wine and food pairing expert\, and The CIA at Copia's new executive chef. He helps us celebrate the harvest season for two days centered on the wine\, food\, music\, and more of Wine Country.
