Renowned consultant Philippe Melka leads the winemaking alongside Maura Johnson, crafting single-vineyard Cabernet from Helms, Lotus and Hershey Vineyards, as well as a Sauvignon Blanc and a second wine blended from estate-grown fruit. Melka?s continued excellence has earned DANA a devoted following and consistent critical acclaim. The evening features a seven-course tasting menu by Executive Chef Rogelio Garcia, showcasing his signature blend of refined technique and deep-rooted heritage.
