Brave and Caladan, Carpenter works across Howell Mountain, Mount Veeder, Spring Mountain and beyond, translating altitude and terroir into wines of depth, tension and longevity. With degrees in biology, business and enology, Carpenter brings a rare combination of scientific rigour and artistic intuition to his craft. His blending philosophy is grounded in patience and precision, tasting hundreds of lots over time to assemble wines that are layered, expressive and unmistakably tied to place. The evening features a seven-course tasting menu by Executive Chef Rogelio Garcia, showcasing his signature blend of refined technique and deep-rooted heritage.
