Faust & Flowers Wine Dinner at Auro

Both part of the Huneeus Vintners family portfolio, Faust and Flowers come together to showcase two distinct yet complementary expressions of Northern California terroir. Flowers Vineyards & Winery pioneers the far Sonoma Coast, crafting elegant Pinot Noir and Chardonnay shaped by ocean breezes, steep ridgelines, and the region's wild coastline. Their wines are known for their balance, purity, and signature coastal minerality. Faust Winery, founded in 1998, offers a modern, bold interpretation of Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon, rooted in the volcanic soils and cool microclimate of Coombsville. Drawing from its estate vineyard and select Napa Valley sites, Faust creates Cabernet Sauvignons that highlight the depth and character of the region. The first in the 2026 Auro Wine Dinner series features a six-course tasting menu by the Auro culinary team. Each course is thoughtfully paired with Faust and Flowers Wines, bridging Coombsville's volcanic terroir with Auro's Michelin-starred kitchen.
