Founded in 1985 by Garen and Shari Staglin, Staglin Family Vineyard crafts acclaimed Cabernet Sauvignon from organically farmed vines in Rutherford, on land first planted in the 1860s. Legends like André Tchelistcheff and David Abreu helped shape its legacy; today, winemaker Matt Peterson continues the tradition with expressive, age-worthy wines. The evening features a seven-course menu by Executive Chef Rogelio Garcia, each dish paired to highlight the depth and elegance of Staglin Family Wines.
