Rubio Family Wines is a small, family-owned and family-farmed winery in Calistoga founded by father-daughter duo Ruben Rubio and Cynthia Palacios-Rubio. With over 30 years in the wine industry, Ruben’s journey from farm worker to vineyard owner inspired a lifelong dream. Together, they launched Rubio Family Wines to craft exceptional wines while celebrating their Mexican heritage. Producing just over 600 cases annually, every bottle reflects family, culture, and passion.
