High in the forests above Calistoga sits Theorem, a Diamond Mountain District winery estate with a homestead dating to 1878. Theorem makes single-vineyard, single-varietal wines from Diamond Mountain and Moon Mountain, including the flagship Voir Dire, a Cabernet Sauvignon from the estate’s rare heritage vineyard. The original barns, residence, and schoolhouse have been restored into a charming farmstead estate. Guests enjoy intimate tastings, chef-crafted pairings, stunning views, and privacy.
